Meet Randi Kramer – Certified Personal Trainer & Pre/Postnatal Fitness Specialist

I’m Randi Kramer, a certified personal trainer based in Stamford, CT — and a proud new mom. My journey into fitness began early, playing soccer and softball, and over time that passion evolved into a career dedicated to helping others feel strong, capable, and confident in their bodies.

But everything changed when I became a mother. Pregnancy and postpartum brought challenges I never expected — physically, emotionally, and mentally. I quickly realized how much was missing when it came to guidance, support, and trustworthy information about how to safely move, train, and heal through these deeply transformative stages of life. It wasn’t just about “getting your body

back” — it was about feeling like yourself again.

That experience opened my eyes and shifted my focus. I became deeply passionate about understanding the female body and how to train it with care — not just for performance, but for recovery, strength, and resilience during one of the most life-altering times we go through. I wanted to create what I wish I had: compassionate, personalized fitness support for moms — grounded in both professional expertise and lived experience.

I hold an ISSA certification in personal training and specialize in integrating Yoga, Pilates, strength, and toning to build safe, effective programs for women. My training is rooted in both science and empathy — and it’s shaped by the real-life experience of being a mom who’s navigated it all firsthand.

Beyond pre- and postnatal fitness, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients — including those recovering from cardiac, pulmonary, and physical injuries — giving me a well-rounded, holistic approach to training. My goal is to support women at every stage of life, and especially during motherhood, when support is needed most.

To me, health and fitness go far beyond workouts. It’s about rebuilding trust in your body, making space for recovery, and feeling grounded and empowered in your own skin — whether you’re expecting, healing, or simply ready to feel strong again.
