I loved the intro before class meeting and getting to know the other moms. I like the idea of a doing circuit and hitting different muscle groups in one class. Also liked how there was music. I really enjoyed your first class and thought you did such a great job leading the group! Overall, it was such a strong start and I am excited to see your classes grow! Yes I would recommend this to friends! I heard so many moms saying how happy they were to be able to move their body and bring their child. I loved doing these classes last summer when I was home.

My favorite thing was how simple and yet so very effective the class was ie the pace and the movements were well suited to a first timer like myself and it wasn’t intimidating at all. Honestly it was so great I loved that it was outside and there was music. Yes, I absolutley recommend this class for friends and family.
